I do hope your pain has transformed even more since you wrote this wonderful post. I, too, am in the process of reclaiming my fearless self. So many beautiful phrases inside this publication, but my favorite one was, 'Bird song, like glitter falling through my mind'.

Having only been blogging publicly for about 9 months, this rings so true. Writing and working through ideas is more for me than anyone else. I say I write for an audience of one. And it's true. I write first and foremost for me. To hear myself think, sometimes I have to write. And then in sharing and hearing from others I can further digest and make sense of those thoughts.
And all the gold stars for your effort in putting together such a lovely course :)
